On December 17, 2018, Tashkent hosted the sixth round of Uzbekistan – Austria inter-MFA political consultations, which was attended by delegations of the two countries led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov and Political Director of the Federal Ministry of the Republic of Austria for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs Alexander Marschik.

On December 12, 2018, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Sweden with a residence in Berlin Nabijon Kasimov presented his credentials to the King of Sweden Carl XVI Gustaf, in Stockholm.

On December 12, 2018, Uzbekistan delegation, which includes a group of deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, a representative of the Ministry of Justice, as well as journalists of Dunyo News Agency, O’zbekiston 24 TV channel, and a number of Internet resources will depart for Novovoronej city of Voronej region (Russia).
