President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, accompanied by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, visited the Scientific and Enlightenment Complex named after Islam Karimov and laid flowers at the monument to the First President.

This became an expression of respect for the memory of the First President and the embodiment of friendship and cohesion of the peoples of the two countries. Thereupon, the President of Turkmenistan has completed his official visit to Uzbekistan. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has seen off Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at Tashkent International Airport.
