President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has spoken by phone with the Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Valentina Matviyenko.
The chief of Russian parliament’s upper house cordially congratulated the President of Uzbekistan on his birthday.
Intensification of inter-parliamentary bonds and exchanges, facilitating the consolidation of strategic partnership and alliance between the two countries, has been noted during the conversation.
