Malaysian company is interested in the supply of fruits and vegetables from Uzbekistan

The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Malaysia Ravshan Usmanov met with the Director of MMK Spices Sdn. Bhd. Mohamed Shakir to discuss prospects of cooperation in the export of dried fruits, vegetables and legumes from Uzbekistan for further packaging and sale in the Malaysian market.
MMK Spices Sdn. Bhd. is one of the major producers of dried fruits, nuts, as well as seasonings and spices, including medicinal, from special herbs under such brands as Spiceking, Peladang and RED Horse Toordhall. Products manufactured by the company are exported to the countries of Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, as well as to the African continent markets.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, following the negotiations, an agreement was reached on organizing a visit of the company representatives to Uzbekistan to familiarize with enterprises for production of dried fruits and vegetables and to establish partnership with Uzbekistan’s exporters.
