Delegation of “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” (Uzbekistan Textile Industry) Association held meetings with representatives of the Korean fashion industry.

Negotiations were held with representatives of large textile companies and Korean brands. The meeting was attended by the leaders of Hyongji Group, Colpin Fashion Group, Black Yak and the Rainbow companies. The parties discussed the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the fashion industry and promotion of Uzbek brands in the Korean and American markets.

According to “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” Association, the management of Black Yak company expressed a desire to implement joint projects in Uzbekistan in fashion and design industry.

Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached on the organization and holding in September 2019 of the Fashion Show of Industrial Collections in Tashkent, with involvement of major Korean brands and famous designers. The organizer of this show is the Rainbow. Uzbek, Korean, German, Turkish, Chinese designers will take part in the fashion show.
