CCI hosts a business meeting with Iran’s delegation

The business meeting with the delegation from Iran led by the Vice President of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture of Markazi province Mr. M.Izadi was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.
The delegation included representatives of 19 large and leading enterprises of the Islamic Republic of Iran engaged in food, agricultural and chemical industries, extraction and processing of construction materials, electrical engineering, transport and logistics, pharmaceuticals, advisory services, and other industries.
The purpose of the event is to familiarize the delegation with the investment potential and ongoing economic reforms in Uzbekistan, attracting them to implementation of investment projects in various regions of the country, as well as creating conditions for establishing business contacts with Uzbekistan enterprises.
As reported by the Information Service of Uzbekistan CCI, the delegation visited Navoi region for further studying favorable conditions created for investors in Navoi FEZ, as well as holding meetings with local entrepreneurs and administration of the region.
