Tashkent hosts the 6th European Union – Central Asia High Level Conference on Environment and Water Cooperation.

The event is attended by ministers and high-ranking diplomats in charge of environment, climate change and water resources policies in Central Asia, the European Union and EU member states.

Rational and integrated use of natural resources is very important for Central Asia. The conference will contribute to strengthening security and stability in the region, addressing issues in protecting environment and water resources and, most importantly, climate change mitigation and promoting green economy development in Central Asia.
