With the assistance of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, 20 entrepreneurs from Uzbekistan departed for Germany to participate in the “Fit for partnership with Germany” internship program of GIZ.
The management training program is an element of Germany’s foreign economic policy initiated by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi).
As reported by the Press Service of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, within the framework of the program, heads of enterprises and organizations from Eastern Europe, Central and South-East Asia are trained to establish contacts and mutually beneficial economic cooperation with companies of Germany.
For successful implementation of the program, an optimal balance of training and practical training is important. On interactive trainings on the issues of practical management of enterprises, participants will expand their knowledge in the field of management and prepare for contacts with enterprises of Germany, get information about specifics of Germany’s business culture, improve their management and negotiation skills within a month.
Visiting German enterprises, the participants of the program will not only receive invaluable experience and information, but also get acquainted with modern equipment and technologies. A very important role in this will be played by personal contact with potential partners.
