The ceremony of the official meeting of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took place at Kuksaroy residence.

A guard of honor was lined up in honor of the honored guest. Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov rose to the podium. National anthems of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan have sounded. The Presidents passed the guard of honor. 

The meeting of the heads of the two states began in a narrow format. 

In the course of negotiations that is being held in an atmosphere of traditional friendship, mutual trust and constructiveness, it is planned to discuss large-scale issues of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, as well as exchange views on regional and international problems.
