CCI workshop for trainees of prosecutor's offices

A workshop on "The essence of ongoing reforms in the field of protection of the rights of business entities" for trainees of prosecutor's offices was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.
During the workshop, the normative legal acts adopted in recent years in the sphere of protecting the rights of business entities, measures on strengthening the guarantees of reliable protection of their rights and legitimate interests, as well as inviolability of private property and entrepreneurship, wide involvement of the population in business activities were discussed.
In particular, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry provided detailed information on activities of the Chamber in the field of representing the interests of business entities in courts and state bodies, organization of public examination of draft normative legal acts with entrepreneurs, including through establishment of expert councils, monitoring and participating in inspections of activities of business entities.
At the workshop, importance of effective interaction and cooperation of prosecutor's offices with the CCI in the field of protecting the rights and interests of business entities was noted.
