State registration of business entities

Business entities forming a legal entity
• Limited liability company;
• Joint-Stock Company;
• Private enterprise;
• Family business;
• Farming;
• Agriculture;
• Company with additional liability.
For carrying out business activities without registration, administrative and criminal liability is provided.
